Our Process
1. Tell Us What You’re Trying to Accomplish
Give us a call (we’ll have an online form and a place to upload photos in the next few days.) We’ll have a chat and, if we can help you, you can send us us a description — and, when useful, a few photographs of your workspace and equipment.
2. We Confirm the Configuration
We’ll identify what needs to be installed and flag obvious compatibility issues or missing components.
3. We Provide a Clear Scope and Price
You’ll know what we’re doing and what it will cost before the work begins.
4. We Professionally Install Your Workspace
We’ll install, connect, organize and configure the equipment.
5. We Test Everything With You
Before we leave, we’ll make sure the installed equipment is working and show you how the completed configuration operates.
6. (Optionally) We Can Be with You on “Day One”
It happens. Someone wants their monitors adjusted differently. Another person wants the phone moved to the other side of the desk. We can be there to help with these routine matters while you and/or your small IT team work on more important matters.
7-Day Setup Assurance
If something we installed or configured isn’t functioning properly because of our installation, contact us within seven days and we’ll make it right without additional installation labor charges.
Equipment failures, internet-provider problems, account issues and services outside the original installation scope are excluded.
